Refund requests apply only to single purchases and packages up to 7 days from the purchase date. Refund requests apply only to purchases that have not been attended. The package loses the right to be returned or refunded with the first attended treatment. There is no partial return or refund for packages.
Clients must email the Studio Figura team at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return or a refund. All inquires must be sent a maximum of 7 days after the purchase date.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
