TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SINGLE PURCHASES

In order to book an appointment for a treatment, it is required to purchase service. Clients can purchase treatment online, via the mobile app, or by visiting or calling the studio. No auto-renewal applies.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STUDIO FIGURA CLUB MEMBERS

By purchasing this membership, you, the customer, agree that she is committing to a minimum of 3 months of auto-renew payments through the purchase credit card used for this account. This means that on the one-month anniversary of the purchase date, she will be auto-charged for the membership pricing option. For example, if the client purchases the membership on 11/21, she will be auto-charged and her contract will renew again on 12/21.

By paying for this contract, the client agrees to continue on auto-renew for a minimum of 3 months. After 3 months, in order to cancel/change the membership, the client must email the Studio Figura team at [email protected] requesting a cancellation or change. All cancellation/change inquires must be sent a minimum of 5 days before the auto-renew date, and all auto-renews processed will not be refunded if a cancellation request has not been submitted.

After 3 months, your contract continues with the same auto-renew payments process monthly unless you cancel it or request any changes. There is no refund on membership payments.

The client cannot use memberships to pay for other clients that they want to bring to treatment and pay for. They must purchase a single treatment for them.
